Communications to Members

Our second meeting on Friday 11 February was held at the Crow's Nest Pub in Whitby. Despite the low numbers in attendance we enjoyed a mild and sunny evening, sitting outside on the deck overlooking Whitby Lake. After discussing the next meeting's venue, we agreed to get together again at the Mediterranean Food Warehouse in Lower Hutt on 11 March, 7 pm.

A day trip to the Wairarapa is proposed for Sunday 13 March. Meet at Hayward's Hill carpark opposite the old quarry (now a landfill and concrete yard). Departure time from the Hayward's carpark is 10 am and we intend to drive over the hill to the Gladstone pub or the Gladstone winery.
