40th Anniversay Rally March 2012

Please discuss and promote and discuss this within your clubs. As a celebration of the clubs 40th year events we are going to tour the country – this will appear in the October magazine. Key points

1. Join in anywhere or place you want and travel as far as you want
2. Accommodation has been arranged through Top 10 and is affordable
3. There is a concession rate for the ferry crossing interisland
4. We are going to Stewart Island once we reach Bluff
5. There will be Television crews on parts of the trip as we meet and travel – this will show on Classic Car restos.
6. There is an indemnity form for each participant to sign
7. We intend to visit each regional club area on the days indicated and build a community culture
8. There will be a commemorative calendar
9. There will be a book available for participants only to purchase – this will give a run history

I have not advertised this yet but will do so and at present have a very good crew who are going to do it.

All that is required at this stage is registrations of interest and it will all happen – Last week of March first week of April 2012
